Waiting for Bruce features Bill Scholer (The Bill Scholer Blues Band and The Joy Buzzards) on guitar and vocals, Ron Cowden (The Roommates and Tom Moore) on bass, Kurt Roggli (Akimbo) on guitar, and Jeff Devine (Akimbo) on drums.  This band plays original blues based music composed by Scholer and an eclectic covers from the likes of Captain Beefheart, Leonard Cohen, Eddie Harris, Johnny Cash, Jimi Hendrix, The Brian Jonestown Massacre, Willie Dixon  and Wild Man Fischer.
